You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Email support@example.in from the number registered on your account. We respond within 7 working days.
Right to correction
Right to erasure
You can ask us to delete your account and personal data. Some records — invoices, GST filings, transaction logs — must be retained for 8 years under Indian tax law and can't be deleted within that window; anything else is removed within 30 days of your request.
Right to withdraw consent
You can withdraw consent for any non-essential processing at any time. Sign out from your profile and email support to disable marketing communication. Note: withdrawing consent for essential processing (e.g. sharing your address with the assigned technician) means we cannot fulfil bookings.
Right to nominate
You can nominate another adult to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity. Send a notarised letter to our grievance officer with the nominee's name, relationship, contact details and an attested ID copy.
Right to grievance redressal
If any of the above isn't resolved to your satisfaction, escalate to our grievance officer. You can also approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
How to exercise these rights
