Is there a joining fee or commission?
No joining fee. You keep 100% of the per-job payout — we make our money from a small platform fee paid by the customer, not from your earnings.
When do I get paid?
Every Monday, for all jobs completed Sunday-to-Sunday. The amount lands directly in your registered bank account / UPI.
What documents do I need?
Aadhaar (front + back photo), PAN card photo, a clear selfie holding your Aadhaar, and your current home address. The KYC takes 5 minutes once you have them ready.
Do I need to wear a uniform?
Yes — we provide a branded T-shirt and ID card after approval. Customer trust matters; the uniform is part of how we earn it.
Can I pause or take a holiday?
Anytime. Toggle yourself offline from the partner app. Your account stays — you can come back whenever.
What if a customer is rude or unsafe?
Use the in-app "Report issue" — our partner support team responds within an hour during work hours. You're never obliged to enter a customer's home if you don't feel safe.
